Duration of Time Prior to ShippingItems purchased from Collectors Comics Online are generally shipped within one business day of receiving payment. From time to time, under special circumstances, we may take up to three business days to ship. In such cases, you will generally be notified.

Shipping OptionsDomestic US
International (Outside of the United States of America)We will consider shipping internationally. Please contact us with specific details of the address to which you want the items to be shipped, to agree on shipping costs. Shipping UpgradesIf requested, we will ship items using an expedited shipping method. Otherwise, generally, we will ship media mail or UPS Ground. At our discretion, we may choose to ship your package using a faster, more expensive method than our standard policy indicates. You will not be charged extra in these cases. Why? Generally, there are times when it might only cost a dime or so more for priority mail than the media rate, or a dollar more for 2-day service rather than UPS ground... and being impatient ourselves, we can't see making you wait for your books. Shipping and HandlingHandling fees are added to each order to cover time and materials. Handling fees generally range between a half dollar and five dollars, with most falling in the middle. Note that we will combine multiple items ordered in a single package whenever possible to save on shipping, tracking, labor and materials. Payment PoliciesForms of Payment Accepted
Partial PaymentsCustomers shall make all payments in full. Payment or receipt of a payment of any collectibles, products, or other merchandise of less than the full amount due shall be deemed to be nothing more than a partial payment on that account. Under no circumstances shall the acceptance by Collectors Comics Online of a partial payment consitute accord and satisfaction of full debt owed, nor will our acceptance of a partial payment forfeit our right to collect the balance due on account, despite any endorsement, stipulation, or other statement on or accompanying any check, money order, electronic or cash payment. Bounced ChecksChecks sent for payment which are returned by our bank for any reason (insufficient funds, etc.) will be assessed a fee ranging from ten to thirty dollars (U.S.) to cover bank fees and associated costs. These fees will be added to the amount originally owed. Customers will be notified accordingly.We reserve the right to change the amount of this fee based on changes regarding costs incurred. Updating this web site to include revised fees constitutes notice.This penalty, plus the original amount owed, must be paid within ten (10) days from the date of refused payment by the bank. This amount - and all subsequent payments for the next six months - must be in the form of a guaranteed payment (cash, a money order or certified check only). We reserve the right to initiate collections and permanently note such failed payment on your credit history.
